In this program for qualified leadership development professionals, Bill takes you through a detailed exploration of the ChangeWise leadership agility model, covering material in and beyond the book, with an emphasis on its application to your organization.


 

Consulting on leadership development strategy

Bill can help you build leadership agility into your organization's competency model.  He can also consult on the design of a leadership development strategy that, among other things, promotes agile leadership.
